Description
The system can be activated by a smoke exhaust system (SHEV), a fire alarm contact, internal fire and smoke detectors or manually operated emergency buttons. In the event of a fire, the control panel (CBM) receives an alarm signal and the automatic curtain automatically deploys, with a controlled and safe constant lowering speed, even after a complete power failure of all curtains. In the event of a false alarm, the curtains automatically return to the standby state when the alarm is reset by the fire control system. In the event of a mains power failure, the curtain remains fully retracted thanks to the battery-based backup system.
The entire system is powered by a 230 V tubular motor with a Special Gravity Fail-Safe System. The unit is equipped with an automatic curtain control panel (CBM) with a nominal input voltage of 115 V or 220 V and an output voltage of 230 V. All control panels are equipped with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS system).
