Hempafire Pro 315 Fast Dry is a one component, solvent based, physically fast drying, expanding fire retardant paint for passive fire protection of structures. It is optimised for R30 and R60 and for use in the factory and on site. Depending on the design, fire resistance up to R90 may be possible.
Suggested uses:
For structural steel expansion fire protection in indoor and outdoor conditions up to resistance class X (EAD350402-00-1106 / EN 16623) and C4 (ISO 12944-2). Suitable for I-sections, H-sections, closed sections and honeycomb beams.
Repair and finish coat for areas where a fresh coat of Hempafire Pro 315 Fast Dry has been applied.

– Weatherproof for 12 months without a topcoat, provided that the coating is sufficiently dry when applied according to the instructions for use and is not exposed to condensation, dripping or accumulating water.
– A third-party certified product environment declaration (Type III EPD, according to ISO 14025, EN15804) is available. The product can contribute to EPD credits for LEED and BREEAM projects.
