Description
PiroCoating is a one-component, expandable, fire resistant paint for cables, which is an aqueous dispersion of synthetic resin and pigments. The paint is produced as a thick creamy-white mass. Suitable for brush application or, after light dilution with water, as a hydrodynamic topcoat. After drying, PiroCoating adheres very well to the plastic surfaces used on cables. The sheathing is flexible, which means that cables with colour protection can be bent without the sheathing peeling off. The paint is packed in different containers of 3kg and 10 kg. Before application, the surfaces of the cables must be free of dust.
